Questions
- What's the difference between a vendor and a partner?
- It's how your company works with the defense market. Vendors sell products and score tenders against them. Partners are local companies that foreign suppliers hire to win in their country; they get a directory listing. Apart from product upload and fit scores, the app is the same.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, any time from Billing in your account. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated. To move to a smaller vendor plan, delete products until you're within its limit first.
- What counts as a product?
- One uploaded document describing something you sell, such as a brochure or datasheet. Each tender gets a fit score against each product.
- How do I log in?
- There are no passwords. Enter your email address and we send you a 6-digit code.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan starts with 14 days free. You add a payment method at signup but aren't charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. We email you before the trial ends.
- Monthly or yearly?
- Either. Yearly billing costs 11 months' price for 12 months of access, so one month is free. You can switch between them from Billing in your account.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Nothing changes straight away. We email the account owner and give you 7 days to update the payment method before the account is paused. Your data stays as it was.
- How do I pay?
- By card or the other payment methods available in your country, through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which adds VAT or sales tax where it applies and sends your receipts. Cancel any time from your account. New subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days: see the refund policy.
