Refund Policy
Last updated 3 November 2026
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing. We email you a few days before the trial ends.
14-day refund on your first payment
If FIREWEBZ isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment after the trial, monthly or yearly, and you will receive a full refund of that payment. No reason is needed.
Renewals
Renewal payments, monthly or yearly, are not refundable. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page of the app: your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for and you will not be charged again.
Plan changes
When you upgrade, or switch from monthly to yearly billing, you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current period. When you downgrade, the unused difference is credited against your next payments. These prorated amounts are not paid out in cash.
Exceptions
- If you were charged in error, or charged twice, we will refund the incorrect charge in full at any time.
- If we remove a feature that is a material part of your plan, or the Service is unavailable for an extended period, you may cancel and receive a prorated refund for the unused part of your current period.
- We may decline refunds for accounts closed for breaching our Terms of Service, or where refunds are being requested repeatedly.
How to ask for a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Email contact@firewebz.com from your account's email address, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net using the details on your receipt. Approved refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Taxes charged on the refunded payment are refunded with it.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law that applies to you.
