Terms of Service
Last updated 3 November 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
FIREWEBZ is operated by [OPERATOR FULL LEGAL NAME], a sole proprietor registered in Israel (business number [OSEK NUMBER]), of [STREET ADDRESS, CITY, ISRAEL] (“FIREWEBZ”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@firewebz.com.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FIREWEBZ website at firewebz.com and the FIREWEBZ application at app.firewebz.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of the company you represent (“Customer”, “you”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
FIREWEBZ collects public procurement notices (“Tenders”) from government, international and other public sources, scores them against the product information you provide, and sends you alerts. It also offers a directory of local partners, a calendar of defense events, and related features described on our pricing page.
FIREWEBZ is a business-to-business service. You may use it only on behalf of a company or other organization, and only if you are at least 18 years old and authorized to bind that organization.
3. Accounts
- You sign in with one-time codes sent to your email. Keep access to your mailbox secure; anyone who can read your email can sign in to your account.
- The information you give at signup must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Each user must have their own login. You may add users up to the limit of your plan. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
- When you register as a vendor or a partner, that choice only describes your company; both account types use the same application, subject to the features of the plan you choose.
4. Sanctions and export controls
You confirm that neither your company nor its owners, directors or users are subject to sanctions administered by the United States (OFAC), the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United Nations or the State of Israel, and that you are not located in, or organized under the laws of, a country or territory under comprehensive embargo. We do not accept accounts from Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia or Belarus, and may refuse or close any account at our discretion to comply with the law.
The Service shows public information about procurement opportunities. You alone are responsible for complying with export-control, defense-trade, anti-bribery and procurement laws that apply to your products and to any bid you make.
5. Plans, payment and renewal
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. You add a payment method at signup; it is first charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. A trial is offered once per company.
- After the trial, plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly as you choose, at the prices shown on our pricing page when you subscribe. Yearly billing costs eleven times the monthly price. Paddle adds VAT or sales tax where it applies.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page of the app; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- If you change plan, or switch between monthly and yearly billing, Paddle charges or credits the prorated difference immediately (during the free trial, the new price simply applies when the trial ends). You cannot move to a plan whose product limit is lower than the number of products you have uploaded.
- If a payment fails, Paddle retries it and we email the account owner. You keep full access for 7 days. If the payment is still outstanding after that, access is paused (limited to the Billing and Settings pages) until it succeeds. Nothing is deleted while access is paused.
- We may change our prices for future billing periods. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect for your subscription, and you may cancel before then.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Tender and event information
Tenders and event listings come from third-party public sources that we do not control. They are provided for information only. We do not guarantee that they are complete, accurate or up to date, that every relevant tender is captured, or that deadlines shown are correct. Always check the original notice, which every listing links to, before you rely on it or submit a bid. FIREWEBZ is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, any procurement agency or any event organizer.
Fit scores and summaries are produced automatically, partly using artificial intelligence, and can be wrong. They are an aid to your own judgment, not advice.
Some sources license their data on conditions such as attribution. We show the credit line each source requires on the tender page. You may use tender information for your own business; you may not republish it in bulk.
7. Your content
“Your Content” means the product documents, keywords, notes, partner-listing details and other material you put into the Service. You keep all rights in Your Content. You grant us a limited licence to store, copy and process it only to provide and improve the Service for you, including sending product and tender text to our AI processing provider to calculate fit scores, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not upload information that is classified, export-controlled, subject to a confidentiality obligation you are not allowed to share with service providers, or that you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for Your Content.
8. Partner directory
If you publish a partner listing, you agree that the details you enter in it, including the contact person and contact email, are shown to other signed-in users of the Service. You must have the consent of any person named in your listing. You can hide or delete your listing at any time.
Our checks on partners are automatic (such as email verification and country screening). We do not verify a partner's qualifications, licences or standing, and a listing is not a recommendation. Any agreement between users is solely between them.
9. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to evade sanctions or export controls;
- copy, scrape or bulk-download data from the Service, or resell, sublicense or share access to it with anyone outside your organization;
- share logins, or exceed your plan's user limit;
- try to access other customers' data, test or break the security of the Service, or overload it;
- use the partner directory to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
- reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
10. Our intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and the FIREWEBZ name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Sources may change or stop publishing, and we may add, change or remove features or sources. If we remove a feature that is a material part of your plan, you may cancel and receive a prorated refund for the unused part of your current period.
12. Disclaimer
Except as stated in these Terms, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that you will win any tender or business.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, bids or data; and (b) our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.
14. Indemnity
You will compensate us for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from Your Content, your partner listing, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of sanctions, export-control or procurement laws.
15. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription. An account owner can also close the account from Settings in the app, which cancels the subscription immediately. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, fail to pay, or if the law requires it. After your account is closed we delete Your Content within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law. You can download a copy of your data from Settings before closing the account.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will email account owners at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
18. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. You may not transfer your account without our consent; we may transfer these Terms to a successor of our business. Notices to you are sent to the account owner's email address; notices to us go to contact@firewebz.com.
